Time Management Hacks for Busy Entrepreneurs – How I Juggle It All!

Let’s talk about time—the one thing we all wish we had more of.
As an entrepreneur, my schedule is insanely packed. Between running Medref as the COO, handling strategic brand designs, and building my personal brand, there are days when it feels like 24 hours just aren’t enough. Sound familiar?
The good news is, you don’t need more time—you just need to manage it better. Over the years, I’ve learned some game-changing time management hacks that help me stay productive, creative, and (somewhat) sane. Here’s how I make it all work:
1. Prioritize What Truly Matters
Not every task needs your immediate attention. I use the Eisenhower Matrix to filter tasks:
✅ Urgent & Important – Do it NOW. (Ex: Client deadlines, Medref strategy meetings)
📌 Important, Not Urgent – Schedule it. (Ex: Portfolio updates, content creation)
❌ Urgent, Not Important – Delegate it. (Ex: Emails, admin tasks)
🚫 Neither Urgent nor Important – Eliminate it. (Ex: Over-scrolling on social media)
This keeps me focused on high-impact work instead of just being busy.
2. Time Blocking – Creating Structure in My Day
Wearing multiple hats can be overwhelming, so I break my day into dedicated time blocks:
🔹Mornings: Medref work (operations, meetings, planning)
🔹Afternoons: Client design projects (sketching, vectorizing, refining)
🔹Evenings: Personal brand & learning (content creation, networking, growth)
Time blocking helps me eliminate distractions and maximize creativity.
3. Automate & Delegate – Work Smarter, Not Harder
I used to think I had to do everything myself—until I realized automation and delegation are my best friends.
💡 I use Google meet to schedule meetings without back-and-forth emails.
💡 I streamline my design process with templates and AI tools.
💡 For Medref, I delegate administrative work so I can focus on the bigger picture.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, ask yourself: Can this be automated? Can someone else handle it? If yes, let it go.
4. Protecting My Time by Saying ‘No’
As a Christian creative, I believe that time is a gift, and how I use it matters. Early on, I was saying yes to every project, every opportunity, and every request—until I realized it was draining me.
Now, I ask:
👉 Does this align with my purpose?
👉 Is this the best use of my skills?
👉 Will this bring value to my work or life?
If not? It’s a polite ‘no’ from me.
5. Weekly Reflection – Resetting for the Next Week
Every Sunday, I take time to step back, reflect, and reset. It’s not just about work—it’s about checking in with myself, my faith, and my purpose. Here’s what I ask myself:
✔️ What went well this week?
✔️ What needs improvement?
✔️ How can I honor my time and calling better next week?
Taking this time ensures I’m not just busy, but intentional.
Your Turn!
